This Package includes a Flextur™ Nitride Welding Table 48″L x 96″W x 35″H, with 1/2″ black top supported by 3/8″ x 5″ struts every 16″, Flextur™ Tool Board panels, a full bottom shelf, casters, and a 2,000 lbs. capacity. Surface flatness is +/- .015″ over 4 square feet. The dual-layer protection of nitride & black oxide is a powerful combination. Both harden and prevent corrosion, extending the life of your table – while maintaining flatness and structural integrity. All 48″ Tables come equipped with heavy-duty swiveling lockable 2″W x 6″H casters. Changeover is easy and quick with movable 16mm locator pin in a 2″ grid pattern. Skirting along all sides has the same hole configuration and gives the flexibility to extend your table in any direction, up to 24″, with a Flextur Fixture Block for larger Weldments. Well suited for larger jobs, Flextur Welding Tables will improve accuracy and greatly reduce set up time for complicated Weldments. Inexperienced Welders can easily make an accurate setup and become productive in minutes with this Welding Table. Onboard steel Flextur tool board panels keep tools organized and within easy reach. Base requires assembly but all welding table tops ship assembled.
